खानी खोला हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडले सर्वसाधारण समूहको ४ लाख ५५ हजार ३४५ कित्ता अवितरित हकप्रद शेयर लिलाम (बढाबढ) प्रणालीमार्फत बिक्री गर्ने भएको छ। कम्पनीले यसबारेको सूचना सार्वजनिक गर्दै इच्छुक व्यक्ति, कम्पनी, संघ वा संस्थालाई गोप्य शिलबन्दी बोलपत्रमार्फत आवेदन दिन आह्वान गरेको छ।
कम्पनीले हकप्रद शेयर बिक्री खुला गर्दा उक्त सेयरहरूमा आवेदन नपरेपछि धितोपत्र निष्काशन तथा बाँडफाँट निर्देशिका, २०७४ को निर्देशन नं. १५ अनुसार लिलाम बिक्री गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो।
लिलाम शेयर खरिदका लागि इच्छुक पक्षहरूले २०८२ कात्तिक १९ गते बुधबार अपरान्ह ३ बजेभित्र शिलबन्दी बोलपत्र पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ। बोलपत्र फाराम तथा आवेदन बुझाउने स्थानका रूपमा कम्पनीले दुई संकलन केन्द्र निर्धारण गरेको छ —
सिटिजन्स क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, डिल्लीबजार, काठमाडौं
सिटिजन्स बैंक इन्टरनेशनल लिमिटेडका शाखा कार्यालयहरू — कुमारीपाटी, ठिमी, इटहरी, विराटनगर, विर्तामोड, वीरगञ्ज, सुर्खेत, जनकपुर (भानुचोक), नेपालगञ्ज, नारायणगढ, धनगढी, पोखरा (न्यूरोड), बुटवल (पाल्पा रोड) र हेटौडा।
कम्पनीका अनुसार बोलपत्रको न्यूनतम मूल्य प्रति कित्ता रु. १०० तोकिएको छ। बोलपत्र पेश गर्ने अवधि २०८२ कार्तिक १२ गतेदेखि १९ गतेसम्म रहनेछ।
यस सम्बन्धी विस्तृत जानकारीका लागि लगानीकर्ताहरूलाई कार्तिक २८ गते नागरिक र नयाँ पत्रिका दैनिकमा प्रकाशित सूचना हेर्न अनुरोध गरिएको छ।
बोलपत्र संकलन समाप्त भएपछि, बोलपत्र खोल्ने मिति र स्थान राष्ट्रिय स्तरका पत्रिकामार्फत सार्वजनिक गरिने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।

Khani Khola Hydropower Company Limited has announced an auction (sealed bidding) for the sale of 455,345 units of unsold right shares belonging to the general public category. The company has invited interested individuals, institutions, and organizations to submit sealed bid applications within the specified deadline.
The decision to auction the remaining right shares was made in accordance with Directive No. 15 of the Securities Issuance and Allotment Guidelines, 2074, after these shares remained unsubscribed during the earlier right share issuance period.
Application and Submission Details
Interested bidders must submit their sealed bids by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, Kartik 19, 2082. The bidding forms can be obtained from and submitted at the following designated collection centers:
Citizens Capital Limited, Dillibazar, Kathmandu
Branches of Citizens Bank International Limited located at Kumaripati, Thimi, Itahari, Biratnagar, Birtamode, Birgunj, Surkhet, Janakpur (Bhanu Chowk), Nepalgunj, Narayangadh, Dhangadhi, Pokhara (New Road), Butwal (Palpa Road), and Hetauda.
The minimum bid price has been set at Rs. 100 per share, and the submission period runs from Kartik 12 to Kartik 19, 2082.
For further details, investors are advised to refer to the public notice published on Kartik 28, 2082 in the “Nagarik” and “Naya Patrika” national dailies.
After all sealed bids are collected, the auction opening date, time, and venue will be announced through another national newspaper publication.
