काठमाडौं । खानी खोला हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेड (KKHP) ले आफ्ना शेयरधनीहरूलाई १:१ अनुपातमा जारी गरेको ४६ लाख ५७ हजार १४३ कित्ता हकप्रद सेयर बाँडफाँड गरेको छ । कम्पनीले उक्त हकप्रद सेयरको बाँडफाँड असोज २१ गते २०८२ मा सम्पन्न गरेको हो ।
कम्पनीले २०८२ असार २७ गतेभन्दा अघिल्लो दिनसम्म नामसारी भएका शेयरधनीहरूका लागि प्रति शेयर रु. १०० अंकित दरमा १:१ अनुपातमा हकप्रद सेयर निष्कासन तथा बिक्री खुला गरेको थियो । आवेदन अवधि सकिएपछि प्राप्त वैध आवेदनहरू मध्येबाट कम्पनीले ४१ लाख ९७ हजार ७९४ कित्ता हकप्रद सेयर बाँडफाँड गरेको जानकारी दिएको छ ।
खानी खोला हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेड कम्पनी ऐन, २०६३ अन्तर्गत दर्ता भई संचालित कम्पनी हो । यसको रजिष्टर्ड कार्यालय काठमाडौं महानगरपालिका–४, धुम्बाराही मा रहेको छ । कम्पनीको फोन नम्बर ०१–४५३६३२५ र इमेल ठेगाना [email protected] रहेको छ ।
यस हकप्रद सेयर निष्कासन तथा बिक्री व्यवस्थापनको जिम्मेवारी सिटिजन्स क्यापिटल लिमिटेड लाई दिइएको छ, जुन सिटिजन्स बैंक इन्टरनेशनल लिमिटेडको सहायक कम्पनी (Subsidiary) हो । सिटिजन्स क्यापिटलको कार्यालय बाटुलेघर, डिल्लीबजार, काठमाडौं मा अवस्थित छ ।
कम्पनीले हकप्रद सेयर बाँडफाँडसँगै आफ्ना शेयरधनीहरूलाई शेयर धितोपत्र खातामा पठाउन अनुरोध गरेको छ । बाँकी नपरेका सेयरहरूको हकमा कम्पनीले आगामी प्रक्रिया अनुसार अगाडि बढ्ने जनाएको छ ।
Kathmandu — Khani Khola Hydropower Company Limited (KKHP) has successfully allotted 4,657,143 units of right shares to its shareholders in a 1:1 ratio. The allotment was completed on 21st Ashwin, 2082 (October 7, 2025).
The company had issued the right shares at a par value of Rs. 100 per share, offering one right share for every one ordinary share held by shareholders who were registered before 27th Ashad, 2082. Out of the total issued shares, 4,197,794 units of right shares were validly subscribed and allotted to eligible applicants.
