खानी खोला हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेड (KKHC) ले जारी गरेको हकप्रद शेयर आज (असोज ५, २०८२) बन्द हुँदैछ। कम्पनीले भदौ ३ गतेदेखि हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन सुरु गरेको थियो भने यसअघि भदौ ३१ गतेसम्म बन्द हुने भनिए पनि पछिल्लो सूचनाअनुसार आजबाट नै बन्द हुने भएको हो।

कम्पनीले १०० प्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर अन्तर्गत १:१ अनुपातमा ४६ लाख ५७ हजार १४३ कित्ता शेयर जारी गरेको हो। यसमार्फत ४६ करोड ५७ लाख रुपैयाँ बराबरको पुँजी संकलन हुनेछ। हाल कम्पनीको चुक्ता पुँजी ४६ करोड ५७ लाख रुपैयाँ रहेकोमा हकप्रद शेयरपछि चुक्ता पुँजी ९३ करोड १४ लाख रुपैयाँ पुग्नेछ।

सिडिएस एण्ड क्लियरिङ (CDSC) का अनुसार अहिलेसम्म २२ हजार १९६ आवेदकले २३ लाख ४३ हजार ८४३ कित्ता हकप्रद शेयरका लागि आवेदन दिएका छन्, जसको मूल्य करिब २३ करोड ४३ लाख रुपैयाँ बराबर हुन्छ।

यस हकप्रद निष्कासनको बिक्री प्रबन्धक सिटिजेन्स क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ। कम्पनीले यसअघि असार २७ गते बुक क्लोज गरिसकेकोले सो मितिभन्दा अघि शेयरधनी रहेका लगानीकर्ताले मात्र यसमा आवेदन दिन पाएका छन्।

Kathmandu — Khani Khola Hydropower Company Limited (KKHC) is closing its rights offering today, Ashwin 5, 2082. The issue, which opened on Bhadra 3, 2082, was initially scheduled to close on Bhadra 31, 2082, but as per the latest notice, it will officially close today.

The company has been issuing 100% rights shares at a ratio of 1:1, amounting to 4,657,143 units worth NPR 46.57 crores, for its existing shareholders. With this issuance, the company’s current paid-up capital of NPR 46.57 crores will double and reach NPR 93.14 crores.

According to CDSC, a total of 22,196 applicants have applied for 2,343,843 units of right shares so far, equivalent to NPR 23.43 crores.

Citizens Capital Limited is serving as the issue manager. The company had earlier announced the book closure date on Ashadh 27, 2082, meaning only those investors who held shares before that date were eligible to apply for the rights offering.
