काठमाडौं, असोज २८ — खानी खोला हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडले सर्वसाधारण समूहमा बाँकी रहेका ४ लाख ५५ हजार ३४५ कित्ता अवितरित हकप्रद शेयर लिलामी (Auction) मार्फत बिक्रीमा ल्याएको छ। कम्पनीले यो शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक व्यक्ति, कम्पनी वा संस्थाहरूलाई गोप्य शिलबन्दी बोलपत्र पेश गर्न आह्वान गरेको हो।
लिलामीको आवेदन कात्तिक १२ गते (बुधबार)देखि सुरु भई कात्तिक १९ गते (बुधबार) अपराह्न ३:०० बजेसम्म बुझाउन सकिनेछ। कम्पनीले यसअघि २०८२ साल साउन ३ गतेदेखि भदौ ५ गतेसम्म हकप्रद शेयर बिक्रीका लागि आवेदन माग गरेको थियो, तर उक्त अवधिमा सबै शेयर बिक्री नभएकाले बाँकी शेयर लिलामीमार्फत बिक्री गर्न लागेको हो।
कम्पनीका अनुसार बोलपत्र आवेदन फाराम सिटिजन्स क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, डिल्लीबजार, काठमाडौं तथा सिटिजन्स बैंक इन्टरनेशनल लिमिटेडका शाखा कार्यालयहरू — कुमारीपाटी, ठिमी, इटहरी, विराटनगर, बिर्तामोड, वीरगञ्ज, सुर्खेत, जनकपुर (भानुचोक), नेपालगञ्ज, नारायणगढ, धनगढी, पोखरा (न्यूरोड), बुटवल (पाल्पा रोड) र हेटौँडाबाट प्राप्त गर्न सकिनेछ।
बोलपत्र आवेदन दिनका लागि न्यूनतम १०० कित्ता शेयरका लागि आवेदन दिनुपर्ने र सोभन्दा बढीमा १० ले निःशेष भाग जाने संख्यामा वा सम्पूर्ण शेयरका लागि माग गर्न सकिने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। इच्छुक आवेदकहरूले प्रति कित्ता शेयर कति मूल्यमा खरिद गर्न चाहन्छन् भन्ने स्पष्ट रूपमा उल्लेख गरी गोप्य बोलपत्र फाराम बुझाउनुपर्नेछ।

Kathmandu, October 14 — Khani Khola Hydropower Company Limited has announced the auction of its 455,345 units of unsold right shares from the ordinary shareholder group. The company has invited sealed bids from interested individuals, companies, and institutions to purchase these shares.
The bidding period will begin on Kartik 12, 2082 (Wednesday) and end on Kartik 19, 2082 (Wednesday) at 3:00 PM. Earlier, the company had opened its right share issue from Shrawan 3 to Bhadra 5, 2082, but some shares remained unsubscribed. Following this, the company decided to auction the remaining shares in accordance with the Securities Issuance and Allotment Guidelines, 2074 (Directive No. 15).
According to the notice, bid forms can be obtained and submitted at the following centers:
Citizens Capital Limited, Dilli Bazaar, Kathmandu
Branches of Citizens Bank International Limited located in Kumari Pati, Thimi, Itahari, Biratnagar, Birtamode, Birgunj, Surkhet, Janakpur (Bhanu Chowk), Nepalgunj, Narayangadh, Dhangadhi, Pokhara (New Road), Butwal (Palpa Road), and Hetauda.
Applicants must bid for a minimum of 100 shares, while the maximum can extend up to the entire available amount or in multiples ensuring 10 applicants could fully subscribe. Each bidder must clearly mention the price per share they are willing to pay and submit the sealed bid form along with the required documents and deposit amount.
