खानी खोला हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडले बिक्री नभएका हकप्रद शेयरहरू लिलामी (गोप्य शिल्ड टेन्डर) प्रक्रियामार्फत बिक्री गर्न लागेको छ। कम्पनीले सर्वसाधारण समूहतर्फका ४ लाख ५९ हजार ३४५ कित्ता हकप्रद शेयरका लागि आवेदन नपरेपछि उक्त शेयरहरू लिलामीमार्फत बिक्री गर्ने जनाएको हो।
यसअघि कम्पनीले १:१ अनुपातमा हकप्रद शेयर निष्काशन गरी साउन ३ गतेदेखि भदौ ५ गतेसम्म आवेदन आह्वान गरेको थियो। तर, सो अवधिभित्र केही शेयर बाँकी रहँदा, प्रचलित नियम अनुसार कम्पनीले कार्तिक १२ गतेदेखि कार्तिक १९ गतेसम्म लिलामी आवेदन आह्वान गरेको थियो।
कम्पनीले प्राप्त बोलपत्रहरू मंसिर २५ गते (मंगलबार) बिहान ५:०० बजे सिटिजन्स क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, डिल्लीबजार, काठमाडौंमा खोल्ने जनाएको छ।
लिलामी प्रक्रिया र शेयर बिक्रीको सम्पूर्ण व्यवस्थापन सिटिजन्स क्यापिटल लिमिटेडले गर्नेछ, जुन सिटिजन्स बैंक इन्टरनेशनल लिमिटेडको सहायक कम्पनी हो।
कम्पनीले सम्बन्धित सबै लगानीकर्ता, संस्था र इच्छुक पक्षलाई उक्त मिति, समय र स्थानमा जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरेको छ।
Khani Khola Hydropower Company Limited has announced that it will open the bids for its 459,345 units of unsold right shares through a sealed-bid auction (closed tender) process.
Earlier, the company had issued 1:1 right shares to its shareholders, open for application from 2082/05/03 to 2082/06/05 (August 19 to September 21, 2025). However, as some shares remained unsubscribed by the general public, the company re-announced the sale of the remaining shares through an auction from 2082/07/12 to 2082/07/19 (October 28 to November 4, 2025).
According to the notice, all the bids received during that period will be opened on 2082/07/25 (Tuesday, November 25, 2025) at 5:00 AM at the office of Citizens Capital Limited, Dillibazar, Kathmandu.
The auction management and share sales process will be handled by Citizens Capital Limited, a subsidiary company of Citizens Bank International Limited.
The company published this notice to inform all interested investors, institutions, and stakeholders about the bid opening date, time, and venue for transparency and participation purposes.
