खोरंगा हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले असोज ७ गते साधारण सभा बोलायो, आईपीओ निष्कासन प्रस्ताव पनि प्रस्तुत गरिने
खोरंगा हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले असोज ७ गते आफ्नो वार्षिक साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ। सभामा निम्न एजेन्डामा छलफल हुनेछः
आईपीओ निष्कासन प्रस्ताव: कम्पनीले आगामी सभामा प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक प्रस्ताव (आईपीओ) जारी गर्ने प्रस्ताव पेश गर्नेछ।
सञ्चालक समितिको वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन: आर्थिक वर्ष २०८०-८१ को वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन, वासलात, नाफा नोक्सान लगायतका वित्तीय विवरणहरू छलफल गरिनेछ।
लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्ति: आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१-८२ का लागि लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्ति गरी पारिश्रमिक निर्धारण गर्ने प्रस्तावमा निर्णय हुनेछ।
सभा कम्पनीको रजिष्टर्ड कार्यालय, महाराजगंज, काठमाडौंमा बिहान १० बजेबाट सुरु हुनेछ।
Khoranga Hydropower Limited Calls General Meeting on Ashoj 7, IPO Issuance Proposal to Be Presented
Khoranga Hydropower Limited has called its annual general meeting on Ashoj 7. The meeting will discuss the following agendas:
IPO Issuance Proposal: The company will present a proposal for issuing an Initial Public Offering (IPO) at the upcoming meeting.
Board of Directors' Annual Report: Discussion will be held on the annual report, balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and other financial details for the fiscal year 2080-81.
Appointment of Auditor: A decision will be made on the appointment of an auditor and the determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2081-82.
The meeting will start at 10 AM at the company's registered office in Maharajgunj, Kathmandu.
