KKHC खानीखोला हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडले हाल कायम चुक्ता पुँजीको १०० प्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर (१:१ अनुपातमा) आगामी भदौ ३ गतेदेखि निष्कासन गर्ने भएको छ। यस अनुसार कम्पनीले प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित दरमा ४६ लाख ५७ हजार १४३ कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर जारी गर्नेछ।
कम्पनीले हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन प्रयोजनका लागि असार २७ गते एक दिन बुक क्लोज गरिसकेको छ। त्यस अनुसार असार २६ गतेसम्म कम्पनीको शेयरधनी रहेका व्यक्तिहरूले मात्रै यो हकप्रद शेयरमा आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
बिक्री प्रबन्धक सिटिजन्स क्यापिटल लिमिटेडका अनुसार, आवेदन दिने अन्तिम मिति भदौ २३ गतेसम्म तोकिएको छ। यस अवधिमा इच्छुक शेयरधनीहरूले निर्धारित प्रक्रिया पूरा गरी आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
KKHC Khani Khola Hydropower Company Limited is set to issue 100% rights shares in a 1:1 ratio starting from Bhadra 3. The company will issue 4,657,143 units of rights shares at a face value of NPR 100 per share, equivalent to its current paid-up capital of NPR 465.71 million.
For this purpose, the company had closed its books on Ashad 27. Only shareholders holding shares until Ashad 26 are eligible to apply for the rights offering.
According to the issue manager, Citizens Capital Limited, the application period for the rights issue will remain open until Bhadra 23. Eligible shareholders can apply within this timeframe by following the prescribed process.
