कृति भेन्चर फण्ड लिमिटेडले आईपीओ निष्कासन गर्ने Kriti Venture Fund Limited to Issue IPO
कृति भेन्चर फण्ड लिमिटेडले प्राथमिक सार्वजनिक निष्कासन (आईपीओ) जारी गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। कम्पनीको असोज १४ गते बसेको ५३औं सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले आईपीओ निष्कासन गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो।
आईपीओ निष्कासन: सर्वसाधारणका लागि प्राथमिक सार्वजनिक निष्कासन (आईपीओ) जारी गर्ने निर्णय गरिएको छ।
आठौं वार्षिक साधारणसभा: आईपीओ निष्कासनको प्रयोजनका लागि कम्पनीले मंसिर १४ गते दुसित प्रिन्सेस लाजिम्पाट, काठमाडौंमा दिउँसो ४ बजे साधारणसभा बोलाएको छ।

Proposal to capitalize the loan provided to the Dobhankhola Hydropower Project
Discussion on the Board of Directors' and auditor's report, balance sheet, profit-loss statement, and cash flow statement from the last fiscal year
Appointment of an auditor and determination of remuneration for the current fiscal year
