कुमारी बैंक लिमिटेडले विभिन्न शेयरधनीहरूको नाममा रहेका कुल १० हजार ५०९ कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर बिक्रीमा ल्याएको छ। बैंकले हाल कायम संस्थापक सेयरधनीलाई प्राथमिकता दिएको हुँदा यो सेयर उनीहरूले मात्र खरिद गर्न सक्नेछन्।
सेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूले ३५ दिनभित्र निवेदन दिइसक्नुपर्नेछ। निवेदन कुमारी क्यापिटल, नक्साल वा कुमारी बैंकको प्रधान कार्यालय, टंगालमा बुझाउनुपर्नेछ।
बैंकले तोकिएको समयभित्र पर्याप्त आवेदन नआएमा उक्त सेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि खुला गरिने जानकारी दिएको छ।
Kumari Bank Limited has announced the sale of a total of 10,509 promoter shares registered under various shareholders.
The bank has given priority to existing promoter shareholders, meaning only current promoters are eligible to purchase these shares.
Interested promoter shareholders must submit their application within 35 days to either Kumari Capital, Naxal (the bank’s share registrar) or the bank’s head office in Tangal.
If there are not enough applications within the given time frame, the bank has stated that the shares will be made available to the general public.
