Kumari Bank Limited का एक संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको १९ हजार ७८९ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री प्रक्रिया अघि बढाएका छन्। बैंकले सूचना जारी गर्दै उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्ने पहिलो अधिकार विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूमा रहने जनाएको छ।
बैंकका अनुसार इच्छुक संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिनभित्र आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ। आवेदन कुमारी क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, नक्साल वा कुमारी बैंकको प्रधान कार्यालय टंगालमा पेश गर्न सकिने बताइएको छ।
बैंकले तोकिएको अवधिभित्र विद्यमान संस्थापकहरूबाट आवेदन नपरेमा संस्थापक बाहेक अन्य लगानीकर्तालाई शेयर बिक्री प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइने जनाएको छ। शेयरको बिक्री मूल्य भने विक्रेताले तोकेबमोजिम हुने सूचनामा उल्लेख छ।
An existing promoter shareholder of Kumari Bank Limited has initiated the sale of 19,789 founder shares registered under their name. The bank issued a 35-day public notice stating that the first right to purchase these shares will remain with the existing founder shareholders of the bank.
According to the notice, interested founder shareholders must submit their applications within 35 days from the date of publication. Applications can be submitted to Kumari Capital Limited in Naxal or at the head office of Kumari Bank in Tangal, Kathmandu.
The bank further stated that if no applications are received from existing founder shareholders within the given period, the process of selling the shares to non-founder investors will be moved forward. The selling price of the shares will be determined by the seller.
