काठमाडौं । कुमारी बैंकले गत आर्थिक वर्षमा ७ अर्ब ३८ करोड ७२ लाख रुपैयाँ खुद नाफा कमाएको छ। अघिल्लो वर्ष १ अर्ब ८७ करोड ९७ लाख रुपैयाँ नाफा गरेको बैंकको नाफा एक वर्षमा करिब २९३ प्रतिशतले बढेको हो।
बैंकको खुद ब्याज आम्दानी ३.४७ प्रतिशतले बढेर १२ अर्ब १ करोड रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ। खुद फी तथा कमिसन आम्दानी पनि २ अर्ब ६६ करोडबाट बढेर ३ अर्ब ४ करोड रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ। कुल सञ्चालन आम्दानी १६ अर्ब ३५ करोड रुपैयाँ रहँदा सञ्चालन मुनाफा दोब्बरभन्दा बढी भएर ११ अर्ब २३ करोड रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ।
नाफामा आएको सुधारसँगै बैंकको प्रतिशेयर आम्दानी ६ रुपैयाँ ९४ पैसाबाट बढेर २८ रुपैयाँ १७ पैसा पुगेको छ। अघिल्लो वर्ष ३ अर्ब ८४ करोड रुपैयाँ ऋणात्मक रहेको वितरणयोग्य मुनाफा पनि गत वर्ष ७९ करोड १६ लाख रुपैयाँ धनात्मक भएको छ।
व्यवसाय विस्तारतर्फ बैंकको निक्षेप ४ खर्ब २ अर्ब ७३ करोड रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ भने ग्राहक कर्जा २ खर्ब ७० अर्ब ९२ करोड रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ। बैंकको कुल सम्पत्ति ४ खर्ब ९० अर्ब रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ।
बैंकको रिजर्भ कोष १७ अर्ब ७७ करोड रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ। तर खराब कर्जाको अनुपात भने ६.९५ प्रतिशतबाट बढेर ७.४६ प्रतिशत पुगेको छ। बैंकको प्रतिशेयर नेटवर्थ १७० रुपैयाँ ८० पैसा कायम भएको वित्तीय विवरणमा उल्लेख छ।
Kathmandu — Kumari Bank Limited reported a sharp rise in profit in the last fiscal year, with net profit reaching Rs 7.39 billion. The bank had earned Rs 1.88 billion in the previous fiscal year, marking an increase of about 293 percent.
The bank’s net interest income rose 3.47 percent to Rs 12.01 billion, while net fee and commission income increased to Rs 3.05 billion from Rs 2.66 billion. Total operating income reached Rs 16.36 billion, while operating profit more than doubled to Rs 11.24 billion.
The improvement in earnings also lifted the bank’s earnings per share to Rs 28.17 from Rs 6.94 a year earlier. Its distributable profit, which had remained negative at Rs 3.85 billion in the previous year, turned positive at Rs 791.6 million.
The bank also expanded its business during the year. Deposits increased to Rs 402.73 billion, while loans and advances to customers rose to Rs 270.92 billion. Total assets reached Rs 490 billion.
Its reserve fund increased to Rs 17.77 billion. However, the non-performing loan ratio rose to 7.46 percent from 6.95 percent a year earlier. The bank’s net worth per share stood at Rs 170.80.
