कम्पनीले हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजीको १० प्रतिशतका दरले बोनस शेयर वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरेको हो।
मंसिर २५ गते बसेको कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले सो दरमा लाभांश वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो।
विद्युत नियमन आयोगको स्वीकृत भई कम्पनीको आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभाबाट पारित भएपश्चात सो लाभांश वितरण गरिनेछ।
