गरिमा विकास बैंकको संस्थापक शेयर खरिद आवेदनको आज अन्तिम दिनLast Day to Apply for Garima Bikas Bank’s Promoter Shares
गरिमा विकास बैंक लिमिटेडले साउन ५ गतेदेखि बिक्रीमा राखेको १ लाख ४७ हजार ८३४.६५ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर खरिदका लागि आवेदन दिने समयसीमा आज (भदौ ८ गते) समाप्त हुने भएको छ।
यो शेयर हाललाई बैंककै विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूका लागि मात्र बिक्री खुला गरिएको हो। इच्छुकले शेयर खरिद गर्नका लागि बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, लाजिम्पाट, काठमाडौंमा आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ।
बैंकले जानकारी दिएके अनुसार तोकिएको समयसम्म आवश्यक आवेदन नपरेमा उक्त शेयरलाई संस्थापक शेयरधनीभन्दा बाहिरका इच्छुक व्यक्तिहरूलाई बिक्री गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइनेछ।
Today (Bhadra 8) is the final day to apply for the 147,834.65 units of promoter shares that Garima Bikas Bank Limited had put up for sale from Shrawan 5.
At present, the shares have been made available exclusively to the bank’s existing promoter shareholders. Interested applicants must submit their purchase applications at the bank’s central office in Lazimpat, Kathmandu.
The bank has also stated that if the required applications are not received within the deadline, the unsold shares will be opened for sale to individuals outside the existing promoter group.
