‘आरबीबी फोकस फण्ड–४०’ इकाइ खरिदको आज अन्तिम दिनLast Day to Apply for “RBB Focus Fund–40” Units
आरबीबी मर्चेन्ट बैंकिङ लिमिटेडले भदौ १८ गतेदेखि निष्कासनमा ल्याएको ‘आरबीबी फोकस फण्ड–४०’ योजनाको इकाइ खरिदका लागि आवेदन दिने अन्तिम दिन आज (भदौ २४ गते) परेको छ।
कम्पनीले प्रतिइकाइ १० रुपैयाँ अंकित दरमा १ अर्ब रुपैयाँबराबरका १० करोड इकाइ बिक्रीमा ल्याएको हो। कुल निष्कासन हुने इकाइमध्ये १ करोड ४० लाख इकाइ कोष प्रर्वद्धकलाई र १० लाख इकाइ योजना व्यवस्थापकलाई सुरक्षित गरी बाँकी ८ करोड ५० लाख इकाइ सर्वसाधारणका लागि खुला गरिएको छ।
यस बन्दमुखी योजनामा लगानीकर्ताले न्यूनतम १०० इकाइदेखि अधिकतम १ करोड इकाइसम्म आवेदन दिन सक्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
उक्त योजना राष्ट्रिय वाणिज्य बैंक (कोष प्रवद्र्धक) र आरबीबी मर्चेन्ट बैंकिङ लिमिटेड (योजना व्यवस्थापक) मार्फत सञ्चालन भइरहेको आरबीबी म्युचुअल फण्डअन्तर्गतको योजना हो।
Today (September 9, 2025 – Bhadra 24, 2082) is the final day to apply for the units of “RBB Focus Fund–40”, which was opened for subscription by RBB Merchant Banking Limited on Bhadra 18.
The company has issued 100 million units worth Rs. 1 billion at a face value of Rs. 10 per unit. Out of the total issue, 14 million units have been allocated to the fund promoter and 1 million units to the fund manager. The remaining 85 million units have been offered to the general public.
In this closed-end scheme, investors can apply for a minimum of 100 units and a maximum of 10 million units.
The scheme is promoted by Rastriya Banijya Bank (Fund Promoter) and managed by RBB Merchant Banking Limited (Fund Manager) under the RBB Mutual Fund.
