आँखुखोला जलविद्युत कम्पनी लिमिटेड (AKJCL) ले निष्काशन तथा बिक्री खुला गरेको हकप्रद शेयरमा आवेदन दिने आज (भदौ १६ गते) अन्तिम दिन हो। कम्पनीले हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजीको १५० प्रतिशत अनुपातमा हकप्रद शेयर निष्काशन गरेको छ, जसमा १० कित्ता शेयर बराबर १५ कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर प्रदान गरिनेछ।

कम्पनीले १ अर्ब २० करोड रुपैयाँ बराबरको १ करोड २० लाख कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर निष्काशन गरेको।
प्रतिशेयर १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित मूल्य निर्धारण।
साउन १ गते बुकक्लोज गरिएको, असार ३१ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भएका शेयरधनीहरु आवेदन दिन सक्ने।

इक्रा नेपालले कम्पनीलाई "इक्राएनपी इस्यूअर रेटिङ्ग बी माइनस" प्रदान गरेको, जसले उच्च जोखिमको संकेत गर्दछ।

कम्पनीको चुक्ता पूँजी:
हाल चुक्ता पूँजी ८० करोड रुपैयाँ, हकप्रद बाँडफाँटपश्चात २ अर्ब रुपैयाँ पुग्ने।
प्राप्त रकमको उपयोग:
८० करोड रुपैयाँ आँखुखोला २ जलविद्युत आयोजनामा स्वपूँजी लगानी गर्ने।
बाँकी ४० करोड रुपैयाँ आँखुखोला १ आयोजनाको दीर्घकालिन ऋणको आंशिक भुक्तानी गर्न प्रयोग गर्ने।
यस हकप्रद शेयर निष्काशनको अवसरलाई लगानीकर्ताहरूले गुमाउनु नहुनेछ, जसबाट उनीहरूले कम्पनीको योजनाहरूमा योगदान पुर्याउन र भविष्यका लाभहरू प्राप्त गर्न सक्नेछन्।
Today (Bhadra 16) is the last day to apply for the rights shares issued by Aankhukhola Hydropower Company Limited (AKJCL). The company has issued rights shares at a ratio of 150% of its current paid-up capital, offering 15 rights shares for every 10 existing shares.

The company has issued 12 million rights shares worth NPR 1.2 billion.
The shares are priced at a nominal value of NPR 100 per share.

Current paid-up capital is NPR 800 million, which will reach NPR 2 billion after the rights share allocation.

NPR 800 million will be invested as equity in the Aankhukhola-2 Hydropower Project.
The remaining NPR 400 million will be used for partial repayment of long-term loans for the Aankhukhola-1 Project.
