रिज लाइन इनर्जी लिमिटेडले पुस १३ गतेदेखि आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानिय बासिन्दाहरुका लागि निष्काशन गरेको आईपीओमा आवेदन दिने आज (पुस २८ गते) अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। कम्पनीले १ अर्ब १८ करोड ५० लाख रुपैयाँको पूँजीको २२ प्रतिशत अर्थात २६ करोड ७ लाख रुपैयाँ बराबरको २६ लाख ७ हजार कित्ता शेयर निष्काशन गर्ने अनुमति पाएको थियो। यसमध्ये, ११ लाख ८५ हजार कित्ता साधारण शेयर स्थानिय बासिन्दाहरुका लागि निष्काशन गरिएका छन्। गोरखा जिल्लाका अजिरकोट गाउँपालिका र लमजुङ्ग जिल्लाका विभिन्न वडाका स्थानिय बासिन्दाहरुले आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। आवेदनको न्यूनतम १० कित्ताका लागि र अधिकतम ५० हजार कित्ताका लागि आवेदन गर्न सकिने छ। आईपीओमा केयर रेटिङ्ग नेपालले कम्पनीलाई केयरएनपी डबल बी इस्यूअर रेटिङ्ग प्रदान गरेको छ। कम्पनीले सञ्चालन गरेको सुपर चेपे जलविद्युत आयोजनाको लागत २ अर्ब ९ करोड ६० लाख रुपैयाँ रहेको छ। आईपीओ आवेदनको लागि प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेड र अन्य शाखा कार्यालयबाट आवेदन गर्न सकिन्छ।
Today (January 12, 2026) marks the last day to apply for the IPO issued by Riz Line Energy Limited, which was launched on January 13 for the local residents of the project-affected areas. The company has been allowed to issue 26,07,000 shares, totaling 22% of its capital of NPR 118.5 million. Out of this, 11,85,000 shares are being issued for the local residents of Gorkha and Lamjung districts. Residents from specific wards of Ajirkot Rural Municipality in Gorkha and Dudh Pokhari and Dordi Rural Municipalities in Lamjung are eligible to apply. A minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 50,000 shares can be applied for. The company has been rated as CARENP BB by Care Ratings Nepal, indicating moderate risk in the company's ability to bear liabilities. Riz Line Energy operates the 9.05 MW Super Chepe Hydroelectric Project, which cost NPR 2.09 billion. IPO applications can be submitted through Prabhu Capital Limited or other branch offices.
