मंसिर २१, काठमाडौं — सोलु हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानीय बासिन्दाका लागि मंसिर ७ गतेदेखि खुला गरेको आईपीओमा आवेदन दिने आज अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। त्यस्तै, आशा लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थाको लाभांश सुरक्षित गर्ने अवसर पनि आज नै समाप्त हुँदैछ।
सोलु हाइड्रोले नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट स्वीकृत १० अर्ब रुपैयाँ जारी पूँजीको २० प्रतिशत बराबरको २ करोड कित्ता शेयरमध्ये १ करोड कित्ता साधारण शेयर आयोजना प्रभावित बासिन्दाका लागि निष्काशन गरेको हो। यी सबै शेयर प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ दरमा बिक्री गरिँदै छन्।
आयोजनाको अति प्रभावित क्षेत्र—सोलु दूधकुण्ड नगरपालिका–७, ११ तथा थुलुङ दूधकोशी गाउँपालिका–१ का स्थानीयलाई ४० लाख कित्ता छुट्याइएको छ। बाँकी ६० लाख कित्ता सोलु दूधकुण्ड र थुलुङ दूधकोशीको अन्य वडामा बस्ने स्थानीयका लागि तोकिएको छ। न्यूनतम १० कित्तादेखि अधिकतम १ लाख कित्तासम्म आवेदन दिन सकिने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। नबिल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट बैंकिङ्ग लिमिटेड शेयर निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धक रहेको छ।
आवेदनका लागि स्थानीय बासिन्दाले ग्लोबल आइएमई बैंकको सल्लेरी शाखा, लक्ष्मी सनराइज बैंकको नेले शाखा तथा आयोजनास्थल तिङ्गलास्थित काउन्टरमा सेवा लिन सक्नेछन्। दरखास्त फारामका लागि २ रुपैयाँ शुल्क तोकिएको छ।
यसैबीच, आशा लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थाले घोषणा गरेको १० प्रतिशत लाभांश सुरक्षित गर्ने आज नै अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। संस्थाले मंसिर २२ गते बुकक्लोज गर्ने भएकाले आजसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भई शेयरधनी दर्ता भइसकेका लगानीकर्ताले साधारण सभामा सहभागिता जनाउन र प्रस्तावित लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न सक्नेछन्।
उक्त लघुवित्तले पुस ४ गते धुलिखेलस्थित होटल अरनिको प्रा.लि.मा वार्षिक साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ, जसको प्रारम्भ दिउँसो २ बजे हुनेछ। सभामा ९.५ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर तथा कर प्रयोजनका लागि ०.५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश पारित गर्ने प्रस्ताव छ। साथै, आवश्यक परे मर्जर वा एक्विजिशन अघि बढाउन सञ्चालक समितिलाई अधिकार दिने, प्रबन्धपत्र तथा नियमावली संशोधन र लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्त गर्ने प्रस्तावहरू पनि सभामा पेस गरिनेछन्।
Kathmandu, Mangsir 21 — Today is the final day to apply for the IPO issued by Solu Hydropower Limited for the residents of the project-affected areas. Similarly, today also marks the last opportunity to secure the announced dividend of Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.
Solu Hydropower had received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal to issue 2 crore shares—20 percent of its Rs. 10 billion issued capital. Out of this, 1 crore ordinary shares, priced at Rs. 100 per share, have been allocated exclusively for residents of the project-affected regions.
Among these, residents of the highly affected localities—Solududhkunda Municipality Wards 7 and 11, and Thulung Dudhkoshi Rural Municipality Ward 1—have been allotted 40 lakh shares. The remaining 60 lakh shares will be distributed among residents of other wards within the same municipalities. Applicants may apply for a minimum of 10 shares and up to a maximum of 100,000 shares. Nabil Investment Banking Limited is serving as the issue and sales manager.
Local residents can submit their applications from Global IME Bank’s Salleri branch, Laxmi Sunrise Bank’s Nele branch, and the Tingla office located near the project site. An application fee of Rs. 2 is required while submitting the form.
Meanwhile, today is also the last day to secure the dividend announced by Asha Laghubitta. The company is closing its books on Mangsir 22, meaning only those shareholders who have traded and are listed on NEPSE by today will be eligible for dividend distribution and participation in the annual general meeting.
Asha Laghubitta has scheduled its AGM for Poush 4 at Hotel Arniko Pvt. Ltd., Dhulikhel. The meeting will begin at 2 PM. The AGM will endorse a special proposal to distribute a 9.5 percent bonus share and 0.5 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. Additionally, proposals related to potential merger or acquisition activities, amendments to the company’s memorandum and articles of association, and appointment of an auditor will also be tabled.
