स्वस्तिक लघुवित्तको आईपीओमा आवेदन दिने आज अन्तिम दिनLast Day to Apply for Swastik Laghubitta’s IPO
स्वस्तिक लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडले साउन ३० गतेदेखि सर्वसाधारणका लागि खुलेको आईपीओमा आवेदन दिने आज (भदौ ३ गते) अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। कम्पनीले वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरुका लागि छुट्याइएको आईपीओको बाँडफाँट सम्पन्न गरेपछि बाँकी सेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि निष्कासन गरेको हो।
लघुवित्तले जारी पुँजीको ४० प्रतिशतले हुन आउने २ करोड ३१ लाख रुपियाँबराबरको २ लाख ३१ हजार कित्ता आईपीओ निष्कासन गर्ने अनुमति पाएको थियो। यसमध्ये पहिलो चरणमा १ हजार १५५ कित्ता कर्मचारीका लागि, ११ हजार ५५० कित्ता सामूहिक लगानी कोषका लागि र २३ हजार १०० कित्ता वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीका लागि छुट्याइएको थियो।
त्यसपछि बाँकी रहेको १ लाख ९५ हजार १९५ कित्ता साधारण शेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि भदौ ३ गतेसम्म आवेदन दिन खुला गरिएको हो।
Today (Bhadra 3) is the final day to apply for the IPO issued by Swastik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, which was opened to the public from Shrawan 30. The company had first issued shares to Nepalis working abroad, and after their allotment, the remaining shares were made available for the general public.
Swastik Laghubitta had received approval to issue 231,000 ordinary shares worth Rs. 231 million, equivalent to 40% of its issued capital. Out of this, 1,155 shares were allocated for employees, 11,550 shares for mutual funds, and 23,100 shares for Nepalis working abroad.
The remaining 195,195 shares were opened to the general public, with applications closing today, Bhadra 3.
