टक्सार पिखुवा खोला हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेड ले फागुन २७ गतेदेखि निष्काशन तथा बिक्री खुला गरेको आईपीओमा आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानीय बासिन्दाहरूले आवेदन दिने आज (चैत ११ गते) अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। कम्पनीले जारी पूँजी १ अर्ब २० करोड रुपैयाँको ३५.२६ प्रतिशत बराबर ४२ करोड ३० लाख ६६ हजार ८०० रुपैयाँ मूल्यको ४२ लाख ३० हजार ६६८ कित्ता शेयर निष्काशन गर्ने अनुमति पाएको थियो, जसमध्ये १२ करोड रुपैयाँ बराबरको १२ लाख कित्ता शेयर भोजपुर जिल्ला का आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानीय बासिन्दाका लागि छुट्याइएको हो। यस आईपीओमा न्यूनतम १० कित्ता र अधिकतम ५० हजार कित्तासम्म आवेदन दिन सकिनेछ। कम्पनीलाई केयर रेटिङ्ग नेपाल ले केयरएनपी डबल बी प्लस इस्यूअर रेटिङ्ग दिएको छ, जसले औसत जोखिम रहेको संकेत गर्दछ। कम्पनीले सञ्चालन गरेको ८ मेगावाट क्षमताको टक्सार पिखुवा खोला जलविद्युत आयोजनाको कुल लागत १ अर्ब ८८ करोड २१ लाख रुपैयाँ रहेको छ भने आईपीओ निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धक प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ। स्थानीय बासिन्दाले प्रभु बैंक र सिटिजन्स बैंक इन्टरनेशनल का भोजपुर शाखासहित विभिन्न स्थानबाट आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
Taksar Pikhua Khola Hydropower Limited’s IPO, which was opened for issue and sale from Falgun 27, has today (Chaitra 11) as the last day for applications from local residents of the project-affected area. Taksar Pikhua Khola Hydropower Limited had received approval to issue 4.23 million shares worth Rs. 423.06 million, equivalent to 35.26 percent of its issued capital of Rs. 1.20 billion. Out of this, 1.2 million ordinary shares worth Rs. 120 million were allocated specifically for local residents of the project-affected areas in Bhojpur District. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 50,000 shares. The company has received a CARE-NP Double B Plus issuer rating from CARE Ratings Nepal, indicating an average level of risk. The 8 MW Taksar Pikhua Khola Hydropower Project has a total cost of Rs. 1.88 billion, and the issue and sales manager for the IPO is Prabhu Capital Limited. Local residents can submit applications through the issue manager as well as branches of Prabhu Bank and Citizens Bank International in Bhojpur.
