मञ्जुश्री फाइनान्स लिमिटेडको १५% लाभांश पाउने अन्तिम मौका आजLast Day to Secure 15% Dividend from Manjushree Finance Limited
काठमाडौं — मञ्जुश्री फाइनान्स लिमिटेड (MFIL) ले प्रस्ताव गरेको १५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश पाउने अन्तिम दिन आज (असोज २१ गते, २०८२) रहेको छ। कम्पनीले आफ्नो १८औं वार्षिक साधारण सभा (AGM) असोज ३१ गतेका लागि आह्वान गरेको छ।
कम्पनीको ३१०औं सञ्चालक समितिको बैठक असोज ७ गते बसेर आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि १५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (करसहित) वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो। कम्पनीको रु. १ अर्ब ३५ करोड चुक्ता पुँजीमा आधारित सो लाभांशको कुल मूल्य रु. २० करोड २७ लाख बराबर हुनेछ।
कम्पनीले पुस्तक बन्द मिति (Book Closure Date) असोज २२ गते तोकेको छ। त्यस अनुसार, आजसम्म आफ्नो नाममा सेयर कायम राखेका सेयरधनीहरूलाई उक्त लाभांश पाउने र आगामी साधारण सभामा सहभागी हुने अधिकार हुनेछ।
Kathmandu — Today, 21st Ashwin 2082, is the last day to secure the 15% dividend proposed by Manjushree Finance Limited (MFIL). The company has called its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 31st Ashwin 2082.
According to the company, the 310th meeting of its Board of Directors, held on Ashwin 7, decided to distribute a 15% cash dividend (including tax) for the fiscal year 2081/82. The dividend will be distributed on the company’s paid-up capital of Rs. 1.35 Arba, amounting to a total payout of approximately Rs. 20.27 crores.
The book closure date has been set for Ashwin 22, 2082. Therefore, shareholders who maintain their shares until today will be eligible to receive the proposed dividend and attend the upcoming AGM.
