Last Day to Secure Dividend of Muktinath Bikas Bank (MNBBL); Book Closure on Ashoj 31

Today is the last trading day to secure the dividend of Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited (MNBBL). The bank has announced that it will close its books tomorrow, Ashoj 31, for the purpose of its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and dividend distribution.
Accordingly, only those shareholders who hold shares of MNBBL and whose transactions are completed by today will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the proposed dividend.
The 19th Annual General Meeting of the bank has been scheduled for Kartik 15 (Saturday) at Hotel Pokhara Grande, Pardi, Birauta, Pokhara, starting at 10:00 AM.
During the AGM, the bank will present a proposal to distribute a total dividend of 18.20%, consisting of 13.53% bonus shares and 4.67% cash dividend (for tax purposes) from the paid-up capital.
In addition, the meeting will also discuss and pass proposals to upgrade the bank into a commercial bank, amend the Memorandum and Articles of Association, and authorize the Board of Directors to explore potential mergers or acquisitions with other suitable banks and financial institutions.
The AGM will also review the annual report, audited financial statements, and profit and loss accounts of the previous fiscal year.
