युनाइटेड मोदी हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेड (UMHL) को लाभांश सुरक्षित गर्ने आज अर्थात् बैशाख ३ गते अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ । कम्पनीले साधारण सभा तथा लाभांश वितरण प्रयोजनका लागि बैशाख ४ गते बुकक्लोज गर्ने भएकाले आजसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भई कायम रहेका शेयरधनीहरूले मात्र प्रस्तावित लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न र साधारण सभामा सहभागी हुन सक्नेछन्। कम्पनीले बैशाख २७ गते, आइतबार, काठमाडौँको कालीमाटीस्थित कालीमाटी ब्यैङ्केटमा बिहान ११ बजे बाह्रौँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा आह्वान गरेको छ। सभाले हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजीको ७ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर र कर प्रयोजनार्थ ०.३६८४२ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गर्नेछ । साथै, कम्पनीलाई होल्डिङ कम्पनीको रूपमा विकास गर्न नाम परिवर्तन गर्ने, हकप्रद शेयर जारी गर्ने, प्रबन्धपत्र तथा नियमावली संशोधन गर्न सञ्चालक समितिलाई अख्तियारी दिने, दुई जना सञ्चालकको निर्वाचन गर्ने र लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्त गर्ने लगायतका महत्वपूर्ण प्रस्तावहरू पनि पारित गरिनेछन् ।

Today (Baishakh 3) is the last day to secure dividends of United Modi Hydropower Limited (UMHL). The company is closing its book on Baishakh 4 for the purpose of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and dividend distribution. Therefore, only the shareholders who hold shares traded on NEPSE until today will be eligible to receive the proposed dividend and participate in the AGM. The company has scheduled its 12th AGM for Baishakh 27 at Kalimati Banquet, Kalimati, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM. The meeting will approve a proposal to distribute a 7% bonus share and 0.36842% cash dividend for tax purposes based on the current paid-up capital. Additionally, the AGM will pass resolutions to transform the company into a holding company by changing its name, issue rights shares, amend the Memorandum and Articles of Association, authorize the board for necessary decisions, elect two directors, and appoint an auditor, among other agendas.
