नेप्सेमा सूचीकृत दुई कम्पनीको लाभांश सुरक्षित गर्ने अन्तिम दिन आजLast Day to Secure Dividend Rights for Two NEPSE-Listed Companies Today
नेपाल स्टक एक्स्चेन्ज (नेप्से) मा सूचीकृत दुई कम्पनी—सुपर मादी हाइड्रोपावर र माउन्टेन इनर्जी नेपालको लागि मंसिर १६ गते, मंगलबार (आज) लाभांश सुरक्षित गर्ने अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ।
माउन्टेन इनर्जी नेपालले साधारण सभा तथा लाभांश वितरण प्रयोजनका लागि मंसिर १६ गते (भोली) एक दिनका लागि बुकक्लोज गर्दैछ। सोही अनुसार आजसम्म शेयर किनेका वा कायम राखेका शेयरधनीहरूलाई साधारण सभामा सहभागिता जनाउने र प्रस्तावित लाभांश प्राप्त गर्ने अधिकार रहनेछ।
त्यस्तै, सुपर मादी हाइड्रोपावरले मंसिर १६ गतेदेखि पुस ४ गतेसम्म बुकक्लोज गर्ने जनाएको छ। आजसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भई नाम रहेको शेयरधनीलाई साधारण सभामा सहभागी हुने तथा प्रस्तावित लाभांश प्राप्त गर्ने व्यवस्था मिलेको छ।
लाभांश प्रस्ताव
🔹 माउन्टेन इनर्जी नेपाल (MEN)
कम्पनीले हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजीमा २०% बोनस शेयर तथा कर प्रयोजनार्थ १.०५% नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको छ। सो प्रस्ताव पारित गर्न कम्पनीले मंसिर २९ गते साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ।
🔹 सुपर मादी हाइड्रोपावर (SMH)
यस कम्पनीले हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजीमा ५% बोनस शेयर तथा कर प्रयोजनार्थ ०.२६% नगद लाभांश दिने प्रस्ताव गरेको छ। प्रस्ताव पारित गर्ने उद्देश्यले कम्पनीले पुस ४ गते, शुक्रबार, होटल इम्पेरियलमा १६औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ। सभा बिहान ११ बजे सुरु हुनेछ।
आज नेप्सेमा कारोबार गरी नाम रहेको शेयरधनीले दुवै कम्पनीका साधारण सभामा सहभागी हुन तथा लाभांश प्राप्त गर्ने अधिकार सुरक्षित गर्न सक्नेछन्।
Today, Mangsir 16 (Tuesday) marks the final day for investors to secure dividend rights of two NEPSE-listed companies—Super Madi Hydropower and Mountain Energy Nepal.
Mountain Energy Nepal is closing its books for one day on Mangsir 17 (Wednesday) for the purpose of its annual general meeting (AGM) and dividend distribution. Therefore, investors who trade or hold shares until today will be eligible to attend the AGM and receive the proposed dividend.
Similarly, Super Madi Hydropower will conduct its book closure from Mangsir 16 to Poush 4. Shareholders whose names appear on the register after today’s trading will be eligible for the upcoming AGM and dividend payout.
Dividend Proposals
🔹 Mountain Energy Nepal (MEN)
The company has proposed a 20% bonus share distribution along with 1.05% cash dividend (for tax purposes only). To endorse this proposal, the company has scheduled its AGM for Mangsir 29.
🔹 Super Madi Hydropower (SMH)
The company has proposed a 5% bonus share along with 0.26% cash dividend (for tax purposes). Its 16th Annual General Meeting will be held on Poush 4 (Friday) at Hotel Imperial, starting from 11 AM.
Investors who trade shares up to today will retain the right to participate in the AGMs of both companies and receive their declared dividends.
