आज (बिहीबार) सोल्टी होटल लिमिटेड र साहस उर्जा लिमिटेडका सेयरधनीका लागि लाभांश सुरक्षित गर्ने अन्तिम दिन परेको छ। दुवै कम्पनीले भोलि मंसिर ५ गते बुकक्लोज गर्ने भएकोले आजको कारोबार सकिँदासम्म नेप्सेमा नाम दर्ता भएका सेयरधनीले मात्रै प्रस्तावित लाभांश तथा साधारण सभामा सहभागी हुने अधिकार प्राप्त गर्न सक्नेछन्।
सोल्टी होटलको १५% बोनस, १६.५७% नगद प्रस्ताव
सोल्टी होटलले मंसिर ५ गतेदेखि २८ गतेसम्म बुकक्लोज गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। कम्पनीले मंसिर २८ गते, आइतबार, काठमाडौंको त्रिभुवन आर्मी अफिसर्स क्लब, टुँडिखेलमा ५१औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा आयोजना गर्नेछ।
सभामा हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजीका आधारमा १५ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर तथा कर प्रयोजनका लागि १६.५७८९ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गरिनेछ।
साधारण सभा बिहान १० बजे सुरु हुनेछ।

साहस उर्जा लिमिटेडले भोलि मंसिर ५ गते एक दिनका लागि बुकक्लोज गर्नेछ। कम्पनीले मंसिर २४ गते, बुधबार, काठमाडौँस्थित कार्की ब्याङ्क्वेट, बबरमहलमा आफ्नो १२औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा डाकेको छ।
सभामा २१ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर र कर प्रयोजनार्थ १.१०५३ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरणको प्रस्ताव पेश हुनेछ।
साथै, अघिल्लो साधारण सभाले पारित गरेको १ बराबर १ हकप्रद प्रस्तावलाई बोनस समायोजनपछि पनि उही अनुपातमै कायम राखी हकप्रद सेयर जारी गर्ने विषय सभामा टेबुल गरिनेछ।
Kathmandu, Mangsir 4. Today (Thursday) is the final day for shareholders of Solti Hotel Limited and Sahas Urja Limited to secure their eligibility for dividends and participation in the upcoming annual general meetings (AGMs). Both companies will close their books tomorrow, Mangsir 5, meaning only those shareholders who remain listed on NEPSE by the end of today’s trading session will qualify.
Solti Hotel: 15% Bonus Shares and 16.57% Cash Dividend
Solti Hotel has announced a book closure from Mangsir 5 to Mangsir 28. The company will conduct its 51st Annual General Meeting on Mangsir 28, Sunday, at the Tribhuvan Army Officers Club, Tundikhel, Kathmandu.
At the AGM, the company will present the proposal to distribute:
15% bonus shares, and
16.5789% cash dividend (for tax purposes).
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM.
Sahas Urja: One-Day Book Closure and AGM on Mangsir 24
Sahas Urja Limited will observe a one-day book closure tomorrow, Mangsir 5. The company has scheduled its 12th Annual General Meeting for Mangsir 24, Wednesday, at Karki Banquet, Babarmahal, Kathmandu.
During the AGM, the company will table proposals to:
Distribute 21% bonus shares, and
Provide 1.1053% cash dividend for tax purposes.
Additionally, Sahas Urja will propose continuing with the previously approved 1:1 rights issue, adjusted as per the post-bonus paid-up capital structure.
Other Agenda Items
The AGM will also include proposals to authorize the board to amend the company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, appoint an auditor for the upcoming fiscal year, and address other standard agenda items.
