एशियन लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स लिमिटेडको प्रस्तावित लाभांश सुरक्षित गर्न आज असार १९ गते, बिहीबार, अन्तिम दिन हो। कम्पनीले असार २० गतेदेखि बुकक्लोज गर्ने निर्णय गरेकोले, आजसम्म सेयर बजारमा कारोबार भई नाम कायम भएका सेयरधनीहरू लाभांश प्राप्त गर्ने हकदार हुनेछन्।
कम्पनीले १७औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा असार ३० गते, सोमबार, बारास्थित सिमराको होटल इच्छामा आयोजना गर्नेछ। दिउँसो १ बजे सुरु हुने उक्त सभामा ५.१० प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर वितरण र सो बोनसमा लाग्ने कर प्रयोजनका लागि ०.२६८४ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश दिने प्रस्ताव राखिनेछ। त्यसैगरी, प्रबन्धपत्र र नियमावलीमा संशोधन, सञ्चालक समितिमा नयाँ प्रतिनिधिहरूको चयन, स्वतन्त्र सञ्चालकको मनोनयन तथा आगामी आर्थिक वर्षका लागि लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्तिको प्रस्ताव पनि सभामा प्रस्तुत गरिनेछ।
Today, Thursday, Ashar 19, is the final day to be eligible for dividends from Asian Life Insurance Limited. As the company has scheduled its book closure for Friday, Ashar 20, shareholders whose names are recorded by the end of today’s trading session will be entitled to receive the proposed dividend.
The company’s 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is set to take place on Monday, Ashar 30, at Hotel Ichchha in Simara, Bara, starting at 1 PM. During the AGM, a proposal will be presented to distribute a 5.10% bonus share and an additional 0.2684% cash dividend to cover the tax on the bonus shares.
The meeting agenda also includes proposals to amend the company's memorandum and articles of association, elect three board members from the promoter group and two from the public shareholders, appoint an independent director, and select an auditor for the upcoming fiscal year.
