८ कम्पनीको लाभांश सुरक्षित गर्ने आज अन्तिम दिनLast Day to Secure Dividends of 8 Companies Today
आज (पुस १६ गते) ८ वटा कम्पनीको लाभांश सुरक्षित गर्ने अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। आजसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार गरी शेयरधनी कायम रहेका लगानीकर्ताले यी कम्पनीहरूले वितरण गर्ने लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न तथा वार्षिक साधारण सभामा सहभागी हुन सक्नेछन्।
लाभांश सुरक्षित गर्ने अन्तिम दिन रहेका कम्पनीहरूमा निर्धन उत्थान लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था, लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कर्पोरेशन (नेपाल), ग्रिन डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक, महुली लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था, चिलिमे हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी, फस्ट माइक्रोफाइनान्स लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था, इमर्जीङ्ग नेपाल र अप्पर हेवाखोला हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी रहेका छन्।
साधारण सभा तथा लाभांश वितरण प्रयोजनार्थ यी सबै कम्पनीहरूले भोलि अर्थात् पुस १७ गते बुकक्लोज गर्ने घोषणा गरेका छन्। यसअनुसार आजसम्म नेप्सेमा शेयर खरिद गरी कायम रहेका शेयरधनीहरूले मात्र सम्बन्धित कम्पनीहरूको साधारण सभामा सहभागिता जनाउन तथा प्रस्तावित लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न सक्नेछन्।
Today (Poush 16) is the last day to secure dividends of eight companies listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). Investors who have traded and are registered as shareholders by today will be eligible to receive dividends and participate in the upcoming annual general meetings (AGMs) of these companies.
The companies whose dividends can be secured today are Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha, Life Insurance Corporation (Nepal), Green Development Bank, Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha, Chilime Hydropower Company, First Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha, Emerging Nepal, and Upper Hewakhola Hydropower Company.
For the purpose of holding their annual general meetings and distributing dividends, all these companies have announced book closure on Poush 17. Accordingly, only those investors who are shareholders as of today will be entitled to attend the AGMs and receive the dividends declared by the respective companies.
