आज, नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेप्से)मा बुद्धभूमि नेपाल हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेड (BNHC) को अधिकार शेयर खरीदको लागि अन्तिम व्यापार दिन हो। यस दिनको कारोबारमा सहभागी हुने लगानीकर्ताहरूले कम्पनीको अधिकार शेयर खरीद गर्ने अधिकार पाउनेछन्।
कम्पनीले आफ्ना वर्तमान शेयरधारकलाई १००% अधिकार शेयर जारी गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ, जसको कुल मूल्य रु. ४० करोड हुनेछ। कम्पनीले ४० लाख (१:१) इकाई अधिकार शेयर जारी गर्दै छ। कम्पनीको हालको चुक्ता पूँजी रु. ४० करोड रहेको छ र प्रस्तावित अधिकार शेयर जारी गरेपछि, यसको चुक्ता पूँजी रु. ८० करोड पुग्नेछ।
निको एशिया क्यापिटल लिमिटेडलाई यस अधिकार शेयरको व्यवस्थापनकर्ता नियुक्त गरिएको छ।
कम्पनीको बुक क्लोजर मिति १ फागुन २०८२ रहेको छ। यसले जनाउँछ कि १ फागुन २०८२ सम्मका शेयरधारकहरू मात्र अधिकार शेयरको लागि आवेदन दिन सक्षम हुनेछन्।
Today is the last trading day on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) to qualify for the right to purchase shares of Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited (BNHC). Investors participating in today's trading will be eligible to apply for the company’s right shares.
The company has announced the issuance of 100% right shares worth NPR 40 Crores, issuing 4 million (1:1) units of right shares to its existing shareholders. Currently, the company’s paid-up capital stands at NPR 40 Crores, and after the proposed right share adjustment, the paid-up capital will increase to NPR 80 Crores.
NIC Asia Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for this right share offering.
The book closure date is set for 1st Falgun, 2082. This means that only shareholders holding shares before this date will be eligible to apply for the right shares.
