Laxmi Sunrise Bank Announces 10% Bonus Shares and 0.53% Cash Dividend

Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited (LSL) has announced the dividend it will distribute to shareholders from the profit of the previous fiscal year. The bank has proposed 10% bonus shares of the current paid-up capital and an additional 0.53% cash dividend to cover the tax amount applicable on the bonus shares.

The decision was approved by the bank’s Board of Directors meeting held on Kartik 30.

The proposed dividend will be distributed after receiving approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement from the bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Laxmi Sunrise Bank stated that the dividend proposal reflects its financial performance and commitment to providing returns to its shareholders.
