लक्ष्मी सनराइज बैंक लिमिटेड (LSL) ले गत आर्थिक वर्षको नाफाबाट प्रस्तावित लाभांश पारित गर्न वार्षिक साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ। बैंकले पुस १४ गते, सोमबार, कमलपोखरीस्थित अग्रवाल भवनमा २५ औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा आयोजना गर्ने जनाएको छ। सभा बिहान ११ बजेबाट सुरु हुनेछ।
यस साधारण सभामा हाल कायम चुक्तापूँजीको १० प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर तथा बोनसमा लाग्ने कर प्रयोजनका लागि ०.५३ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पेस गरिनेछ। साथै, बैंकको सञ्चालक समिति पुनर्संरचना, प्रबन्धपत्र तथा नियमावली संशोधनका लागि सञ्चालक समितिलाई अख्तियारी प्रदान गर्ने, लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्त गर्ने लगायतका महत्वपूर्ण प्रस्ताव पनि पारित गरिनेछ।
साधारण सभा तथा लाभांश वितरण प्रयोजनार्थ बैंकले पुस १ गते बुकक्लोज गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। त्यसअनुसार मंसिर २९ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भई कायम रहेका शेयरधनीले साधारण सभामा सहभागिता जनाउन र लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न योग्य हुनेछन्।
Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited (LSL) has announced its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to endorse the dividend proposed from the profit of the previous fiscal year. The AGM will be held on Monday, 14th Poush, at Agarwal Bhawan, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM.
During the meeting, the bank will table the proposal to distribute 10% bonus shares and an additional 0.53% cash dividend to cover tax obligations arising from the bonus shares. Apart from the dividend endorsement, the AGM will also discuss restructuring the Board of Directors, authorizing the Board to amend the bank’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, appointing auditors, and other key agendas.
For the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution, the bank has announced Poush 1 as the book closure date. Therefore, shareholders holding shares traded up to 29th Mangsir in NEPSE will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the proposed dividend.
