लक्ष्मी सनराइज बैंकको २५ औं साधारण सभा पुस १४ मा, १० प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर वितरण गर्ने Laxmi Sunrise Bank to Hold 25th AGM on Poush 14; Announces 10% Bonus Shares
लक्ष्मी सनराइज बैंकले आगामी पुस १४ गते २५ औं वार्षिक साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ। बैंकले बिहीबार सार्वजनिक सूचना जारी गर्दै काठमाडौंको कमलपोखरीस्थित अग्रवाल भवनमा सभा आयोजना हुने जानकारी दिएको हो। सभामा चालु आर्थिक वर्षको लाभांश पारितलगायतका नियमित एजेन्डा प्रस्तुत गरिने बैंकले जनाएको छ।
बैंकले विशेष प्रस्तावमार्फत हाल कायम चुक्ता पुँजीको १० प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ। बोनस सेयर जारी गरेपछि आवश्यक पर्ने अनुसार अधिकृत, जारी तथा चुक्ता पुँजी वृद्धि गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि सभामा टेबुल गरिनेछ।
यससँगै, बोनस सेयर वितरणका क्रममा कर प्रयोजनका लागि आवश्यक रकम नगद लाभांश स्वरूप वितरण गर्ने निर्णय पनि साधारणसभाले अनुमोदन गर्ने जनाएको छ।
Laxmi Sunrise Bank has announced that its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Poush 14. In a notice issued on Thursday, the bank informed that the AGM will take place at Agarwal Bhawan, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu. The meeting will table regular agendas, including the approval of dividend for the current fiscal year.
The bank has proposed distributing 10 percent bonus shares based on its existing paid-up capital as a special agenda. The AGM will also discuss increasing the bank’s authorized, issued, and paid-up capital as required following the issuance of bonus shares.
Additionally, the bank stated that the AGM will approve the distribution of cash dividends solely for tax purposes to accompany the bonus share allocation.
