Leadership Change at Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta, Pramesh Acharya Appointed Acting CEO

Kathmandu – Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced a change in its top leadership following the completion of the tenure of its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Moksha Prasad Pangeni.According to the institution, Pangeni’s term is set to end on Chaitra 18, 2082. In response, the board of directors, in its 244th meeting held on Chaitra 17, 2082, decided to make an interim leadership arrangement.As per the decision, Deputy Chief Executive Officer Pramesh Acharya has been appointed as Acting CEO, effective from Chaitra 19, 2082. He will assume the responsibilities of the CEO until further arrangements are made.The institution has informed the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) regarding this development. It has also notified the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) and CDS and Clearing Limited (CDSC) about the change in leadership.
