२०८२/०३/०३ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको २४३ औं बैठकको निर्णय अनुसार साधारण सभा २०८२/०४/३० गते नेपाल प्रशासनिक प्रशिक्षण प्रतिष्ठान, जावलाखेल, ललितपुरमा हुने भएको हो।

सभाको लागि कम्पनीले २०८२/०३/२६ गते एक दिनको लागि शेयरधनी दर्ता बन्द (बुक क्लोज) गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। उक्त मितिसम्म शेयरधनी रहेका व्यक्तिहरू साधारण सभामा सहभागिता जनाउन र प्रस्तावित १०% बोनस शेयर पाउन योग्य हुनेछन्। यस पटक नगद लाभांश भने प्रस्ताव गरिएको छैन।

Life Insurance Corporation (Nepal) Limited (LIC Nepal) has announced the date for its 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM). According to the decision made during the 243rd meeting of the Board of Directors held on 2082/03/03, the AGM will be held on 2082/04/30 (corresponding to mid-August 2025) at Nepal Administrative Staff College, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur.

In preparation for the AGM and the proposed bonus share distribution, the company has set the book closure date for 2082/03/26. Shareholders holding shares till this date will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the proposed 10% bonus shares. The company will not distribute any cash dividend.
