Before the Dashain holiday, 11 different companies are set to hold their Annual General Meetings (AGMs). During these meetings, the companies will pass various proposals, including dividend distributions and rights share issuances. The AGMs for the fiscal year 2080/81 will be held on the following dates:

1. Ashutosh Energy:

   • AGM Date: Asoj 20

   • Proposal: 5.263% cash dividend (including tax) on the existing paid-up capital.

2. CEDB Hydropower:

   • AGM Date: Asoj 21

   • Proposal: 11% bonus shares (including tax) for the previous two fiscal years.

3. Oriental Hotel:

   • AGM Date: Asoj 20

   • Proposal: 5% bonus shares and 0.26316% cash dividend.

4. Mandhu Hydropower:

   • AGM Date: Asoj 14

   • Proposal: 12% dividend (after tax deduction).

5. Bhagwati Hydropower:

   • AGM Date: Asoj 16

   • Proposal: 14.7368% dividend.

6. Nepal Lube Oil:

   • AGM Date: Asoj 18

   • Proposal: 20% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend.

7. Molung Hydropower:

   • AGM Date: Asoj 18

   • Discussion: Annual reports, balance sheets, and profit/loss statements for fiscal years 2079/80 and 2080/81.

8. Upper Syange Hydropower:

   • AGM Date: Asoj 18

   • Discussion: Annual report, profit/loss account, and cash flow statement.

9. Ngadi Group Power:

   • AGM Date: Asoj 13

   • Proposal: Issuance of rights shares, merger-related actions, and amendments to the memorandum and articles of association.

10. Barahi Hydropower:

    • AGM Date: Asoj 18

    • Decision: No dividend distribution.

11. Barun Hydropower:

    • AGM Date: Asoj 13

    • Proposal: Approval of rights shares, annual report, and auditor's report.

These AGMs will play a significant role in deciding the financial and strategic direction of these companies in the coming year.
