पिपुल्स पावरको ३९ लाखभन्दा बढी सेयरको लक–इन अवधि आजदेखि समाप्तLock-in Period of Over 3.9 Million Shares of Peoples Power Expires Today
काठमाण्डौ । पिपुल्स पावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडको ३९ लाख ७ हजार ९४८ कित्ता सेयरको लक–इन अवधि आजदेखि समाप्त भएको छ। कम्पनीका संस्थापक सेयर, स्थानीय बासिन्दाका लागि जारी गरिएका सेयर र कर्मचारीका लागि सुरक्षित गरिएका सेयर तीन वर्षे लक–इन अवधिबाट मुक्त भएका हुन्।
यसमा ३२ लाख २६ हजार कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर, ६ लाख ३२ हजार ६ सय कित्ता स्थानीय बासिन्दालाई वितरण गरिएको सेयर र ४९ हजार ३४८ कित्ता कर्मचारीलाई सुरक्षित गरिएको सेयर समावेश छन्। कम्पनीले २०७९ साउन ३१ देखि भदौ ५ गतेसम्म सर्वसाधारणका लागि आईपीओ निष्काशन गरेको थियो भने २०७९ भदौ १२ गते बाँडफाँड भएको थियो।

Kathmandu – The lock-in period of 3.907 million shares of Peoples Power Company Limited has expired today. These include promoter shares, shares issued to local residents, and shares reserved for employees, which were under a three-year lock-in period.
Out of the total, 3.226 million are promoter shares, 632,600 shares were allocated to locals, and 49,348 shares were reserved for employees. The company had issued its IPO to the general public from July 15 to August 21, 2022 (2079 Saun 31 – Bhadra 5) and allotted the shares on August 28, 2022 (2079 Bhadra 12).
According to the company, promoter shareholders can now trade their holdings, but those who are also board members or employees will still be restricted from trading as per existing legal provisions.
