धौलागिरी लघुवित्तका प्रवर्द्धक तथा कर्मचारी सेयरको लक–इन अवधि सकिँदैLock-in Period of Promoters’ and Employees’ Shares of Dhaulagiri Laghubitta Nears Expiry
धौलागिरी लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेड (DLBS) ले आफ्नो प्रवर्द्धक तथा कर्मचारी सेयरको लक–इन अवधि आगामी असोज १९ गते, २०८२ मा समाप्त हुने जानकारी सार्वजनिक गरेको छ।
नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन) द्वारा जारी हालैको निर्देशिका अनुसार, कम्पनीले लगानीकर्ता तथा सरोकारवालालाई प्रवर्द्धक र कर्मचारीले राखेका सेयरको लक–इन अवधि समाप्त हुने जानकारी गराएको हो।
धौलागिरी लघुवित्तका कुल १३ लाख ३१ हजार कित्ता सेयर नेप्सेमा सूचीकरण भइसकेका छन्। तीमध्ये प्रवर्द्धकले २ लाख १ हजार कित्ता र कर्मचारीले १ हजार ५०० कित्ता सेयर राखेका छन्, जुन तीन वर्षअघि आईपीओ बाँडफाँड भएपछि लक–इन अवधिमा रहेका थिए।
कम्पनीको चुक्ता पूँजी १० करोड ३१ लाख रुपैयाँ रहेको छ। यद्यपि, सञ्चालक समिति तथा उच्च व्यवस्थापन तहका कर्मचारीले राखेका सेयर भने लक–इन अवधि सकिएपश्चात पनि तत्काल खरिद–बिक्री गर्न नपाउने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
सोमबार धौलागिरी लघुवित्तको सेयर मूल्य प्रतिकित्ता रु. १,४३९.९० मा बन्द भएको छ।
Dhaulagiri Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (DLBS) has published a notice announcing that the lock-in period of its promoters’ and employees’ shares will expire on Ashwin 19, 2082.
As per the recent guidelines issued by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), the company has officially informed its investors and stakeholders about the conclusion of the lock-in period for these shares.
Currently, DLBS has a total of 1,331,000 units of shares listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). Out of this, promoters hold 201,000 units and employees hold 1,500 units of shares, all of which have remained under lock-in since the IPO allotment three years ago.
The company’s total paid-up capital stands at Rs. 10.31 crores. However, as clarified in the notice, shares held by the Board of Directors and employees in higher management will still not be tradable even after the expiry of the lock-in period.
On the latest trading day, DLBS shares closed at Rs. 1,439.90 per unit.
