Lumbini Development Bank Decides Not to Distribute Dividend

Lumbini Development Bank Limited has decided not to distribute any dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the previous fiscal year. The decision was made during the meeting of the bank’s Board of Directors held on December 23, 2025. The same meeting also resolved to approve the financial statements of the last fiscal year and submit them to Nepal Rastra Bank for regulatory review.
