माबिलुङ इनर्जी लिमिटेडको आईपीओ बाँडफाँट सम्पन्नMabilung Energy Limited IPO Results Published
माबिलुङ इनर्जी लिमिटेडले साउन २६ गतेदेखि २९ गतेसम्म सर्वसाधारणका लागि निष्काशन गरेको आईपीओको बाँडफाँट आज सम्पन्न भएको छ। कम्पनीको आईपीओ बाँडफाँट लक्ष्मी सनराइज क्यापिटल लिमिटेडको कार्यालयमा बिहान ९ः३० बजे गरिएको हो।
कम्पनीको आईपीओमा १ लाख २४ हजार ८८६ जना लगानीकर्ताले १०–१० कित्ता र ४ जनाले ११–११ कित्ताका दरले सेयर प्राप्त गरेका छन्। बाँडफाँट नतिजा लगानीकर्ताले बिक्री प्रबन्धक सनराइज क्यापिटल, मेरोसेयर एकाउन्ट, सीडीएस एन्ड क्लियरिङ लिमिटेडको वेबसाइट (iporesult.cdsc.com.np) तथा कम्पनीको आधिकारिक वेबसाइटमार्फत हेर्न सक्नेछन्।
नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन) बाट अनुमति पाएअनुसार कम्पनीले आफ्नो जारी पुँजीको ४८.९९ प्रतिशत अर्थात् १८ करोड ९० लाख ५३ हजार रुपैयाँबराबरको १८ लाख ९० हजार ५३० कित्ता साधारण सेयर प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित दरमा निष्काशन गरेको थियो।
यसअघि पहिलो चरणमा ३ लाख ८५ हजार ८२४ कित्ता आयोजना प्रभावितहरूलाई र १ लाख ५० हजार ४७१ कित्ता वैदेशिक रोजगारमा गएका नेपालीलाई आईपीओ निष्काशन गरी बाँडफाँट गरिसकेको थियो। दोस्रो चरणमा ७५ हजार २६६ कित्ता सामूहिक लगानी कोषलाई र ३० हजार ९५ कित्ता कर्मचारीलाई सुरक्षित गरी बाँकी रहेको १२ लाख ४८ हजार ९०४ कित्ता सेयर सर्वसाधारणमा निष्काशन गरिएको हो।
Mabilung Energy Limited has completed the allotment of its Initial Public Offering (IPO), which was issued to the general public from Shrawan 26 to Shrawan 29. The allotment was conducted at the office of Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited, the issue manager, at 9:30 AM today.
According to the allotment results, 124,886 investors received 10 shares each, while 4 investors received 11 shares each. Investors can check their results through the issue manager Laxmi Sunrise Capital, their Mero Share accounts, the official CDS and Clearing Limited website (iporesult.cdsc.com.np), as well as the company’s official website.
As approved by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), the company had floated 1,890,530 ordinary shares at a par value of NPR 100 each, equivalent to 48.99% of its issued capital worth NPR 189.05 million.
In the first phase, 385,824 shares were allotted to project-affected locals, and 150,471 shares were issued to Nepali migrant workers. In the second phase, the company reserved 75,266 shares for mutual funds and 30,095 shares for employees, while the remaining 1,248,904 shares were issued to the general public.
