५ वर्ष भन्दा पुरानो नगद लाभांश बुझिलिने सम्बन्धी जरुरी सूचना
यस माछापुच्छ्रे बैंक लिमिटेडको ५ वर्ष भन्दा अगावै सम्पन्न वार्षिक साधारण सभाबाट पारित भएको आ.व. २०७४/०७५, २०७५/०७६ र २०७६/०७७ सम्मको नगद लाभांश कतिपय शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुद्वारा हालसम्म पनि बुझिलिन बाँकी रहेको हुँदा बुझिलिन बाँकी रहेका शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुले बैंकको काठमाडौँ जिल्ला, बाघ दरबारस्थित जे.डि.ए. कम्प्लेक्सको तेस्रो तल्लामा अवस्थित यस बैंकको शेयर विभागमा सम्पर्क राख्नुहुन यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ। साथै, सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले १ (एक) महिनाभित्र आफ्नो बाँकी रहेको नगद लाभांश बुझिलिनु हुन सूचित गर्दै तत्पश्चात् उल्लेखित लाभांश स्वरुपको रकम कम्पनी ऐन, २०६३ को दफा १८२ (९) तथा नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको ई.प्रा. निर्देशन नं. १५।०८२ को ३ (५) अधिनमा रही कम्पनी ऐन, २०६३ को दफा १८३ (१) बमोजिम स्थापना भएको "लगानीकर्ता संरक्षण कोष" मा जम्मा हुने व्यहोरा यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराउँदछौं । नगद लाभांश लिन बाँकी रहेका शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुको विवरण यस बैंकको वेबसाइटमा राखिएको व्यहोरा जानकारी गराइन्छ।
Urgent Notice Regarding Collection of Cash Dividend Older Than ५ Years
Since the cash dividends approved by the Annual General Meetings of Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited completed more than ५ years ago for FY २०७४/०७५, २०७५/०७६, and २०७६/०७७ remain uncollected by certain shareholders to date, this notice is published requesting the concerned shareholders to contact the Share Department of this bank located on the third floor of J.D.A. Complex, Bagh Durbar, Kathmandu District. Furthermore, shareholders are notified to collect their remaining cash dividend within १ (one) month from the date of publication of this notice, following which the uncollected dividend amount will be deposited into the "Investors Protection Fund" established pursuant to Section १८३ (१) of the Companies Act, २०६३, in accordance with Section १८२ (९) of the Companies Act, २०६३ and Nepal Rastra Bank's Unified Directive No. १५।०८२, Clause ३ (५). Shareholders are also informed that the list of shareholders yet to receive cash dividends has been placed on the bank's website.
