Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalavidyut Company Appoints Auditor for FY 2081/82

Kathmandu, October 13 — Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalavidyut Company Limited (MBKJCL) has appointed Mr. Sujit Wagle of S.A.N.S. Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.

According to an official notice signed by Mr. Ram Gopal Shivakoti, Chief Executive Officer of the company, the auditor’s remuneration has been fixed at NPR 178,000 (excluding taxes). The appointment was made in accordance with Section 113 of the Companies Act, 2063, and relevant authorities have been duly notified.

The company has also forwarded the audit appointment information to several concerned institutions, including the Electricity Regulatory Commission, Office of the Company Registrar, Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), Department of Electricity Development, Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), CDS & Clearing Limited, Employees Provident Fund, Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), and Global IME Capital Limited, among others.
