काठमाडौं — मन्दाकिनी हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले १२औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा (एजीएम) आगामी पुस २९ गते आयोजना गर्ने भएको छ । सभा सोही दिन बिहान १० बजे काठमाडौंको धुम्बाराहीस्थित सूर्य क्याटरिङ एण्ड पार्टी प्यालेसमा हुनेछ ।
कम्पनीले साधारण सभाका लागि बुक क्लोजर मिति पुस १९ गते तोकेको छ । सो मितिभन्दा अघिसम्म सेयर नामसारी भएका शेयरधनीहरूले मात्र साधारण सभामा सहभागी हुन पाउनेछन् ।
साधारण सभामा कम्पनीको आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन, नाफा–नोक्सान हिसाब, नगद प्रवाह विवरण तथा लेखापरीक्षकको प्रतिवेदन पारित गर्ने प्रस्ताव पेश गरिनेछ । साथै, आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ का लागि लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्ति तथा पारिश्रमिक निर्धारण गर्ने एजेन्डा पनि सभामा समावेश गरिएको छ ।
त्यसैगरी, सञ्चालक समितिमा रिक्त रहेको एक पदमा सञ्चालक नियुक्ति गर्ने प्रस्ताव समेत सभामा पेश गरिने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ । अन्य विविध विषयमा पनि छलफल हुने जनाइएको छ ।
Kathmandu — Mandakini Hydropower Limited has announced that it will hold its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 29, 2082.
The meeting is scheduled to take place at Surya Catering and Party Palace, Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu, starting at 10:00 AM.
The company has fixed Poush 19 as the book closure date. Accordingly, only shareholders who maintain their shareholding before this date will be eligible to attend the AGM.
According to the company, the AGM will consider and approve the financial statements for the fiscal year 2081/82, including the auditor’s report, profit and loss account, balance sheet, and cash flow statement. The meeting will also approve the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83 and determine the auditor’s remuneration.
In addition, the AGM will appoint one director to fill a vacant position on the board and discuss other miscellaneous matters.
