माया खोला हाईड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडको सातौं तथा आठौं वार्षिक साधारणसभा जेठ २३ गते, शुक्रबार सम्पन्न भएको छ। उक्त साधारणसभाबाट कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिमा संस्थापक समूहबाट ४ जना र सर्वसाधारण समूहबाट २ जना सञ्चालकहरू निर्वाचित भएका छन्।

त्यस्तै, उक्त दिन साँझ ४ बजे बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको पहिलो बैठकबाट श्री दिनेश प्रसाद श्रेष्ठलाई कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष पदमा चयन गरिएको जानकारी कम्पनीले दिएको छ।
कम्पनीका कम्पनी सचिव नविन कुमार वर्माले नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड, नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज लिमिटेड र कम्पनी रजिष्ट्रारको कार्यालयलाई जानकारी गराउँदै पत्र पठाएका छन्।
Maya Khola Hydropower Company Limited successfully conducted its 7th and 8th Annual General Meetings (AGMs) on Jestha 23, 2082 (Friday). During the meetings, the company elected a total of six board members, with four from the promoter group and two from the general public shareholders group, in accordance with the company’s regulations.

Mr. Ramesh Raj Sibakoti
Mr. Sohan Sundar Shrestha
From the General Shareholders Group:

Furthermore, on the same day at 4:00 PM, the newly elected board held its first meeting, where Mr. Dinesh Prasad Shrestha was appointed as the Executive Chairman of the company.
The information has been officially communicated by Company Secretary Mr. Navin Kumar Verma to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE), and the Office of the Company Registrar.
