माछापुच्छ्रे बैंक लिमिटेड कोष प्रवर्द्धक तथा माछापुच्छ्रे क्यापिटल लिमिटेड योजना व्यवस्थापक रहेको एमबीएल सामूहिक लगानी कोष अन्तर्गत सञ्चालनमा रहेको बन्दमुखी योजना एमबीएल इक्विटी फण्ड (MBL EF) को आर्थिक वर्ष २०८०/८१ को लेखापरीक्षण कार्य सम्पन्न भई योजना व्यवस्थापकको मिति २०८१/०४/२१ गते दिउँसो ३:३० बजे बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको ९९औं बैठकले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८०/८१ का लागि उक्त योजनाका इकाईधनीहरुलाई कर सहित ८ प्रतिशत प्रतिफल (नगद लाभांश) वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैमा जानकारी गराउँदछौँ।
साथै, उक्त प्रतिफल प्राप्त गर्नका लागि मिति २०८१/०५/०२ गते (एक दिन) इकाईधनी दर्ता किताब बन्द (Book Close) गरिने भएको हुँदा मिति २०८१/०५/०१ गतेसम्म कायम रहेका/इकाई खरिद गरेका सम्पूर्ण इकाईधनीहरूले मात्र माथि उल्लेखित प्रतिफलको लागि योग्य मानिने जानकारी समेत यसै सूचना मार्फत सम्बन्धित सबैमा गराउँदछौं।

Notice Regarding Dividend Distribution and Unit Holders' Register Closure for Financial Year २०८०/८१
This is to inform all concerned that the auditing work of MBL Equity Fund (MBL EF), a closed-ended scheme operated under MBL Mutual Fund with Machhapuchhre Bank Limited as the Fund Sponsor and Machhapuchhre Capital Limited as the Scheme Manager, for the Financial Year २०८०/८१ has been completed, and the ९९th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Scheme Manager held on २०८१/०४/२१ at ३:३० PM has decided to distribute an ८ percent return (cash dividend) including tax to the unit holders of the said scheme for the Financial Year २०८०/८१.
Furthermore, for the purpose of receiving the said return, the Unit Holders' Register will remain closed (Book Close) on २०८१/०५/०२ (for one day). Therefore, it is also informed through this notice to all concerned that only unit holders maintained/having purchased units until २०८१/०५/०१ will be eligible for the above-mentioned return.
