एमबीएल इक्विटी फण्ड" नेप्सेमा सूचीकृत, कारोबार बिहीबारदेखि सुरु हुने"MBL Equity Fund" Listed on NEPSE, Trading to Begin from Thursday
माछापुच्छ्रे बैंक लिमिटेड (एमबीएल) र नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेप्से) बीच आज "एमबीएल इक्विटी फण्ड" नामक म्युचुअल फण्ड योजना सूचीकृत गर्ने सम्झौता सम्पन्न भएको छ। उक्त सम्झौता अनुसार १२,१६,२५,३३० युनिट सेयरहरू प्रतियुनिट रु. १० अंकित मूल्यमा नेप्सेमा सूचीकृत गरिएको हो।
सार्वजनिक निष्कासन २०८१ साल फागुन २२ गतेदेखि २६ गतेसम्मको लागि खुला गरिएको थियो। "एमबीएल इक्विटी फण्ड (MBLEF)" एक बन्द प्रकारको म्युचुअल फण्ड हो र नेप्सेमा 'MBLEF' संकेतअन्तर्गत कारोबार हुनेछ।
फण्डको चैत, २०८१ को नेट एसेट भ्यालु (NAV) रु. ९.९६ रहेको छ। सूचीकृत युनिटहरूको कारोबार बिहीबारदेखि सुरु हुनेछ।
An agreement was signed today between Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited (MBL) and Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) for the official listing of the mutual fund scheme "MBL Equity Fund." As per the agreement, a total of 12,16,25,330 units have been listed at a par value of Rs. 10 per unit.
The public offering for the fund was open from 22nd Falgun to 26th Falgun, 2081. The "MBL Equity Fund (MBLEF)" is a closed-end mutual fund and will be traded on NEPSE under the symbol 'MBLEF'. Trading of the listed units starting from Thursday.
As per the latest data, the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the fund for the month of Chaitra, 2081, stands at Rs. 9.96.
