मेडिकेयर हस्पिटलले आईपीओ निष्काशन गर्ने, चैत्र २३ गते विशेष साधारण सभाMedicare Hospital to Issue IPO, Calls Special General Meeting
चाबहिलमा रहेको मेडिकेयर हस्पिटलले सर्वसाधारणका लागि प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक निष्काशन (आईपीओ) जारी गर्ने भएको छ। कम्पनीले आईपीओ निष्काशनको प्रस्ताव पारित गर्न विशेष साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ। उक्त सभा चैत्र २३ गते आयोजना हुने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
विशेष साधारण सभामा कम्पनीको प्रबन्धपत्र र नियमावलीमा आवश्यक संशोधन गर्ने, शेयरको अंकित मूल्य परिवर्तन गरी आईपीओ जारी गर्ने, आईपीओबाट संकलित रकमको उपयोगबारे निर्णय गर्ने र प्रबन्धपत्र तथा नियमावलीमा थप संशोधन आवश्यक परे सञ्चालक समितिलाई अख्तियारी प्रदान गर्ने जस्ता विशेष प्रस्तावहरू पेश हुने बताइएको छ।
चाबहिलस्थित यो हस्पिटलले आईपीओमार्फत आफ्नो पूँजी वृद्धि गरी स्वास्थ्य सेवाको विस्तार र सुधारमा लगानी गर्ने योजना बनाएको अनुमान गरिएको छ। सभाले पारित गरेपछि कम्पनीले नियामक निकायसँग आवश्यक स्वीकृति लिएर आईपीओ प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने अपेक्षा छ।
Medicare Hospital, located in Chabahil, has announced plans to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the public. The company has called a special general meeting to approve the IPO issuance proposal, scheduled for March 23, 2025.
The special meeting will feature several key agendas, including amendments to the company’s memorandum and articles of association, changes to the face value of shares for the IPO issuance, decisions on the utilization of funds raised through the IPO, and authorization to the board of directors for any further necessary amendments to the memorandum and articles if required.
