आधारभुत शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुलाई जरुरी सूचना
यस कम्पनीको हाल चुक्ता पूँजी रु.८६,०६,६०,०००/- (छयासी करोड छ लाख साठी हजार मात्र) रहेको र सो पूँजीलाई प्रति शेयर रु.१००/- का दरले ८६,०६,६०० (छयासी लाख छ हजार छ सय) कित्ता शेयर मा विभाजन गरिएको छ ।
नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको मिति २०८३/०५/०९ को चलानी नं. ४९९ को पत्र मार्फत सम्पूर्ण सूचीकृत कम्पनीहरुलाई जारी गरिएको निर्देशन बमोजिम "नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज लि. मा सूचीकृत भएका कम्पनीहरुको उक्त कम्पनीका कुनै आधारभुत शेयरधनीहरुले (कम्पनी ऐन, २०६३ दफा ५०(१) बमोजिम १ प्रतिशत भन्दा बढी) आफूले धारण गरेको शेयरको ५ (पाँच) प्रतिशत वा सो भन्दा बढी शेयर बिक्री गर्ने भएमा बिक्री गर्न चाहेको शेयर बिक्री गर्नु भन्दा १५ दिन अगावै सम्बन्धित कम्पनीलाई जानकारी गराई सो सूचना (सूचनाको वैधता तीन महिना अवधि कायम रहनेछ) नेप्से मार्फत सार्वजनिक गर्ने व्यवस्था मिलाउने" भन्ने व्यवस्था रहेकोले यस कम्पनीको हाल कायम तथा भविष्यमा शेयर खरिद माध्यमबाट कायम हुने समेत सम्पूर्ण आधारभुत शेयरधनीहरुलाई आफूले धारण गरेको शेयरको ५ (पाँच) प्रतिशत वा सो भन्दा बढी शेयर बिक्री गर्ने भएमा बिक्री गर्न चाहेको शेयर बिक्री गर्नु भन्दा १५ दिन अगावै यस कम्पनीलाई जानकारी गराई आवश्यक प्रकृया पुऱ्याई मात्र शेयर बिक्री गर्नुहुन सम्बन्धित सबैलाई जानकारी गराईन्छ ।

Basic Shareholders of this Company
The current paid-up capital of this company is Rs.८६,०६,६०,०००/- (Eighty-six crores six lakhs sixty thousand only) and the said capital is divided into ८६,०६,६०० (Eighty-six lakhs six thousand six hundred) shares at the rate of Rs.१००/- per share.
As per the directive issued to all listed companies via Securities Board of Nepal's letter dated २०८३/०५/०९, Dispatch No. ४९९, which states "If any basic shareholders (holding more than १ percent as per Section ५०(१) of the Companies Act, २०६३) of companies listed on Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd. intend to sell ५ (five) percent or more of the shares held by them, they must inform the respective company at least १५ days prior to the intended sale of shares, and arrangements must be made to make such notice public through NEPSE (the validity of the notice shall remain for a period of three months)", all current basic shareholders of this company, as well as those who will become basic shareholders in the future through share purchases, are hereby informed that if they intend to sell ५ (five) percent or more of the shares held by them, they must inform this company at least १५ days prior to the intended sale of shares and complete the necessary process before selling the shares.
