मिड सोलु हाइड्रोपावरले १५.७८९% लाभांश प्रस्ताव, १५% बोनस सेयर र ०.७८९% नगदMid Solu Hydropower Proposes 15.789% Dividend with 15% Bonus Shares and 0.789% Cash
मिड सोलु हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेड (MSHL) ले आ.व. २०८१/८२ का लागि १५.७८९% लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको छ। कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको भदौ १२ गते बसेको बैठकले १५% बोनस सेयर जसको मूल्य करिब रु. ११ करोड २२ लाख र ०.७८९% नगद लाभांश जसको मूल्य करिब रु. ५९ लाख ८ हजार वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको हो। कम्पनीको हालको चुक्ता पूँजी रु. ७४ करोड ८४ लाख रहेको छ भने प्रस्ताव गरिएको नगद लाभांशमा बोनस सेयरमा लाग्ने कर समेत समावेश छ। सो लाभांश प्रस्तावलाई विद्युत नियमन आयोगको स्वीकृति र आगामी ४औं वार्षिक साधारण सभा (AGM) बाट पारित गरेपछि मात्र वितरण गरिनेछ। हालको अवस्था अनुसार कम्पनीको पछिल्लो कारोबार मूल्य (LTP) रु. ९०२.४८ रहेको छ।
Mid Solu Hydropower Company Limited (MSHL) has announced a dividend proposal of 15.789% for fiscal year 2081/82. According to the decision made by its board of directors on Bhadra 12, the company has proposed distributing 15% bonus shares worth Rs. 11.22 crores and 0.789% cash dividend worth Rs. 59.08 lakhs. The company’s existing paid-up capital stands at Rs. 74.84 crores, and the proposed cash dividend also covers the tax amount applicable on bonus shares. However, the distribution will be finalized only after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the upcoming 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM). As of the latest trading session, MSHL’s last traded price (LTP) is Rs. 902.48.
