मिड सोलु हाइड्रोपावरले १५% बोनस सेयर दिने, पुस २१ मा साधारण सभाMid Solu Hydropower to Distribute 15% Bonus Shares; AGM Scheduled for January 5
मिड सोलु हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेड (MSHL) ले गत आर्थिक वर्षको नाफाबाट १५ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव अघि सारेको छ। सो प्रस्ताव पारित गर्न कम्पनीले पुस २१ गते काठमाडौँको पुरानो बानेश्वरस्थित मानसरोबल पार्टी प्यालेसमा चौथो वार्षिक साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ। सभा दिउँसो १ बजे सुरू हुने छ।
कम्पनीले बोनस सेयरसाथै कर प्रयोजनका लागि ०.७८९० प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि ल्याएको छ। साथै, प्रबन्धपत्र–नियमावली संशोधनका लागि सञ्चालक समितिलाई अख्तियारी प्रदान गर्ने, संस्थापक समूहबाट ५ जना सञ्चालक निर्वाचन, लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्ती, र संस्थागत सुशासनसम्बन्धी प्रतिवेदन पारित गर्ने एजेन्डा पनि सभामा प्रस्तुत हुनेछन्।
साधारण सभा तथा लाभांश वितरण प्रयोजनार्थ कम्पनीले पुस १३ गते बुक–क्लोज गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। यस अनुसार पुस ९ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भई कायम सेयरधनीहरूले सभामा सहभागी हुन तथा प्रस्तावित लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न सक्नेछन्।
Mid Solu Hydropower Limited (MSHL) has proposed distributing 15% bonus shares to its shareholders from the profit of the previous fiscal year. To endorse the proposal, the company has called its 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 21 (January 5) at Manasarobar Party Palace, Old Baneshwor, Kathmandu. The meeting will begin at 1 PM.
Along with bonus shares, the company has also proposed a 0.7890% cash dividend to cover tax obligations arising from the bonus distribution. The AGM will also table proposals to authorize the board to amend the Memorandum and Articles of Association, elect five directors from the promoter group, appoint an auditor, and approve the annual corporate governance report.
For the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution, the company has announced a book closure on Poush 13. Accordingly, shareholders who remain listed in NEPSE up to Poush 9 will be eligible to attend the AGM and claim the proposed dividend.
