तपसिलमा उल्लेखित यस संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनीको निम्न मितिमा मृत्यु भईसकेकोले निज मृतक शेयरधनीको नाममा रहेको सम्पूर्ण संस्थापक शेयर देहाय बमोजिमको नाममा नामसारी गरी पाऊँ भनी आवश्यक सम्पूर्ण कानूनी कागजहरुका साथ निम्न बमोजिमका हकवालाबाट निवेदन प्राप्त हुन आएको हुँदा उक्त शेयर उपर उल्लेखित निवेदक बाहेक अन्य कसैको हकदावी भए सो को सवुद प्रमाण सहित यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र यस बैंकको शेयर रजिष्ट्रार श्री प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेड कमलादी, काठमाडौं मार्फत यस बैंकमा हकदावी गर्नु हुन सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । अन्यथा उक्त शेयर उल्लेखित निवेदकको माग दावी बमोजिम नामसारी भै जाने छ । म्याद भित्र तथा रित पूर्वक प्राप्त नभएको निवेदन उपर कुनै कारवाही हुने छैन ।

Miteri Development Bank Limited: 35-Day Urgent Notice Regarding Claim on Promoter Shares
As the promoter shareholder of this institution mentioned below has passed away on the date specified, and an application has been received from the heir mentioned below, along with all necessary legal documents, requesting the transfer of all promoter shares registered in the name of the deceased shareholder to the name mentioned below, this notice is published for the information of all concerned. If anyone other than the aforementioned applicant has a claim on the said shares, they must submit their claim with supporting evidence to this bank through its share registrar, Prabhu Capital Limited, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, within ३५ days from the date of publication of this notice. Otherwise, the said shares will be transferred as per the claim of the aforementioned applicant. No action will be taken on applications received after the deadline or not in due form.
