Mithila Laghubitta Calls 17th AGM to Approve Dividend Proposal Including 14.25% Bonus Shares

Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBBL) has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to approve the dividend proposal from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has scheduled its 17th AGM for Wednesday, Poush 30, at Gautam Hotel Bardibas Pvt. Ltd.’s hall, Mithila Municipality–9, Lalgarh, Dhanusha, starting at 11:00 AM. The meeting will endorse a proposal to distribute a 14.25% bonus share along with a 0.75% cash dividend (for tax purposes) based on the paid-up capital. In addition, the AGM will consider proposals related to merger and acquisition activities, amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association, appointment of an independent director, appointment of an auditor, and other agenda items. For AGM and dividend purposes, the company will close its books for one day on Poush 16. Accordingly, shareholders holding shares traded on NEPSE up to Poush 14 will be eligible to attend the AGM and receive the declared dividend.
