महालक्ष्मी विकास बैंक लिमिटेडले आफ्नो संस्थापक समूहको शेयर सार्वजनिक रूपमा बिक्रीमा ल्याएको छ। अब जो कोही व्यक्ति वा संघ–संस्थाले यी शेयरहरू खरिद गर्न सक्नेछन्।
यसअघि उक्त शेयर केवल संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूबीचमा सीमित गरी बिक्री खुला गरिएको थियो। तर अब भने बैंकले सार्वजनिक रूपमा बिक्री प्रक्रिया अघि बढाएको छ।
शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक लगानीकर्ताहरूले ७ दिनभित्र बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय दरबारमार्ग, काठमाडौंमा निवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ। यद्यपि, बैंकले बिक्रीमा ल्याइएको कित्ता संख्या र मूल्य भने अहिलेसम्म सार्वजनिक गरेको छैन।
बैंकको यो निर्णयले संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न चाहने बाह्य लगानीकर्ताहरूका लागि अवसर प्रदान गर्ने विश्वास गरिएको छ।
Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited has announced the public sale of its promoter shares. Now, any individual or organization is eligible to purchase these shares.
Previously, the shares were offered only to existing promoter shareholders, but the bank has now opened the opportunity for the general public and institutions as well.
Interested investors must submit an application within 7 days at the bank’s central office in Durbarmarg, Kathmandu. However, the number of shares and their price have not been disclosed yet.
This move is expected to provide an opportunity for external investors interested in acquiring promoter-level shares of the bank.
